How Do I Test My Alarm?
If you are monitored, contact our monitoring department before you
conduct this test!
- Protocol: -- Your security system should be tested
according to the instructions provided in your alarm system users
manual. If you pay a monthly fee for 24 hour alarm monitoring
services, call our 24 hour
monitoring department at (918)438-6002 before testing. When you
call tell the dispatch operator that you
are going to test your alarm system and would like a return telephone call after
the alarm signal has been received. A personal Password
will be required to perform this alarm system test if you are
a monitored customer. During the test, you should also hear your audible alarm siren. If
you do not hear an audible siren, telephone our service department to
schedule a service call.
Your system requires immediate service.
- If you are not monitored 24 hours per day by Neosat, test your system for
an audible siren. Do this by violating a zone of protection while your security
system is in an armed condition. If you do not hear an audible siren,
call our service department to schedule a service call.
