False alarms have been a issue in the alarm industry according to the City Of Tulsa, Police Department.

One of the most frequent false alarms that Neosat receives and law enforcement agencies are dispatched on are Panic and duress alarm signals.  To help resolve this important false alarm problem, we feel that all
"residential" panic or duress alarms should be verified by Neosat calling the customers location first.  If a problem does exist you could give your personal duress code.  Neosat would then dispatch the appropriate law enforcement agency.  Do you feel this is appropriate in your case?

Effective January 1, 2001, Neosat Alarms, LLC, will place a telephone call to the location and verify all "residential" panic and duress alarms by contacting the customer and verifying the actual alarm condition first.

Do you want Neosat to act in a different manner on your panic or duress alarm?  If so, please indicate your preference on the year-end Change Order form in this mailer.

We truly want to handle every customers account according to each  persons individual preference or security need.

Thank You For Trusting In Neosat Alarms, LLC,, L.L.C.
