According to NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) codes 72 & 74, all fire alarms signals received by a
remote station monitoring facility must be dispatched first and then verified by calling the
customer location to determine if a false alarm condition exists. This is important because in an actual fire situation, a few minutes could make the difference between saving someone's life, personal residence or business.
If your fire
alarm system should falsely activate, please call our 24 hour monitoring number (918) 438-6002 immediately and cancel the fire alarm dispatch. Otherwise, you may be dispatched on. In some instances a trip charge may be accessed by your local fire department or your
local government.
